Ramashankar Prajapati is calling from Palhar village under Geduraha panchayat in Jaba tehsil of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to villagers who tell him that their handpump was broken from 6 months and 250 people were suffering. After recording a message on Swara handpump was repaired a week back and now they are getting water next to their home.
