He says these organisations have been demanding implementation of Sixth schedule of Indian constitution from 1990s but both state and central Govt are not listening to these demands. Mangal Kunjam in Bastar Chhattisgarh is telling us about demand of journalists to give a Govt job and compensation of Rs 20 lakhs to wife of Nemichand Jain, a journalist who was killed on 13th February. It is not clear who killed Mr Jain. Some suspect he was killed by local mafia but some suspect naxals. Naxals have changed their stand on the subject twice.
