Vaidya Chandrakant Sharma is calling from village Rehangi in Mungeli district of Chhattisgarh to give us tips to avoid heat stroke.He says take off skin of raw mango and boil the pulp with water and then add cold water, salt, sugar and cumin powder to drink the syrup at regular intervals. If one is already affected by heat stroke then sponge the body with cold water and ice. Also keep sprinkling cold water on body and remain in cool place. Drinking cold water with lemon and sugar also helps.

Jagdish Yadav is talking to Gondi expert Sher Singh Achla during Gondi-Hindi fusion cultural workshop in Purkhauti Muktangan Raipur Chhattisgarh. He says Gondi is an old language and is closer to nature. Govt should promote this language.
