Piles: Chandrakant Sharma from Rahangi village of Mungeli district, Chhattisgarh is suggesting traditional treatment for Piles – make powder of 32 tola ( Tola=11.3 grams) of Yam after boiling then mix with wort 16 tola, dry ginger-4 tola, black pepper-2 tola, jaggery-108 tola and make tablet and take 3 tablets 2 times in a day after meal. Mix 50 gram cumin after grinding and salt with butter milk and take instead of water for a week. Mix dry ginger powder, cumin and rock salt with butter milk and take it, this also helps.
