Our village pond was dirty and was not getting cleaned for ages. We had requested officers in many forums but no one helped. Then I recorded a message on CGnet Swara and after few days officers visited and work started. Now our pond is cleaner and we are happy. We have a primary school in the village but only one teacher for 5 classes so children are suffering says Shukhnandan who is Sarpanch of Majhbanda village under Bhandarpara panchayat in Baikunthpur block of Korea district in Chhattisgarh to Mamta. There are 2 hand pumps for around 200 people in ward no 16 of our village but both are broken and throws very little water and people are suffering.
