Gokaran Verma is calling from Kamta village in Navagarh tehsil of Bemetra district in Chhattisgarh and says 450 laborers had worked in road construction for 34 days under NREGA but did not get their payment.Then they recorded a message on CGNet Swara on 25th Oct 2014 and after that they received their payment within a month due to phone conversation between listeners and officers.
