He says gvt of India passed laws for handicapped people in 1995 and it was also published in Govt regulations in 1996 but those rights are not given to the handicapped people. Prithvipal Singh Tekam from Katni district in Madhya Pradesh is telling us about problems in his village. He says many adivasis were arrested for farming on an old dried up pond on forest land though all legal procedures have been followed by the panchayat. Though they have been released on bail but need to go to court. He says if government can not put electricity they should help them with solar panels.
