JM Rangeela is visiting Laharbeda village in Bandhiyo panchayat in Chandrapura block of Bokaro district in Jharkhand where he meets Baijnath Ravidas who was sanctioned a well under NREGA scheme in 2014. Work started in 2015 and part of the money was paid. Now the work is stalled because rest of the money has not been paid.
