Vaidya Chandrakant Sharma from Mungeli Chhattisgarh is telling us home made remedy for Gout. He suggests to take 2-20 ml of Castor oil (Ricinus communis) in empty stomach after 2-3 days. Also apply same oil hot on the body part where it hurts. Please put leaf of bel (Aegle marmelos) on it. Grind leaf of Nirgundi (Vitex Negundo) and take it half spoon after meal.
