Please go to your Gram Sabha, get a form for free and give it to secretary. You have right to claim upto 10 acres if you lived on the land before 13th Dec 2005. Non adivasis need to give proof of living from 75 years. You will also get right to collect minor forest produce from forest, fishing and grazing.
