KM Yadav is calling from Tatyaganj village in Chaubepur block in Kanpur district of Uttar Pradesh and says there was no electricity in his and 14 more villages from 10 days. They were repeatedly requesting officers but they did not help and were asking for a bribe of Rs 1000. Then he recorded a message of CGnet Swara and they corrected the fault after a day.
