Raju Rana from Chatra district in Jharkhand telling us that 5 years ago local MP had sanctioned a road between Jabra and Bhawanimath in Nawada under Pradhanmantri Gram Sadak Yojna which is yet to be completed. He says the next election is not very far and all the promise of development like this road n this region is proving to be a farce.
