He says nothing is happening on Swachchh Bharat in his village and being a blind he faces more difficulty in going out for toilet. Village head says make your own toilets and you will be paid the amount but we don’t trust him. He alleges that village officers are siphoning money meant for building toilets. Villagers use their mobile phones to record these songs and reports. They call 08050068000 to record. Now this program can be downloaded by people from their Gram Panchayat office if it has Broadband or from a download centre nearby. They can also get it from someone with smartphone and internet and then via bluetooth.

He says they came to Telangana ( earlier Andhra Pradesh) many years ago but Govt there does not give Schedule Tribe certificate to Koya ( Gond) tribals from Chhattisgarh.
