100 Adivasi families in village near Rewa dont have BPL ration cards, Pls help...

Brijesh Singh from Rewa in Madhya Pradesh is visiting a village Mahsawan in Tahsil Guh not far from the district headquarter. He finds that 100 adivasi families there do not have BPL ration cards and do not get help of any Govt schemes. The adivasis tell him that who cares for the poor. NREGA website says road was built, 5 lakhs were paid, but there is no road...

My name is Surendra Singh Koya. I am calling from Silouta village in Pratappur block of Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh. I found out in NREGA website that a work of road construction was taken up in my village on which Rs 5,62,216 was spent. The website says 852 workers were paid for 4610 mad days between 9/5/11 and 26/1/12. But in reality no work has taken place. Kanha authorities flouting rehabilitation laws to evict villagers, alleges leader...

Darbu Singh Uike former MLA from Balaghat in Madhya Pradesh is alleging that Kanha National Park authorities are flouting rehabilitation laws to evict villagers from 18 villages. The villagers are offered Rs 1.5 lakhs if they leave their houses first as a prize money.
