Bhan Sahu meets Shankar Ji who works in Gayatri temple in Bijapur Chhattisgarh and moves around in the district to meet people and build relations with them. He tells her that connectivity is a big problem in Bijapur villages. There are no roads. Only women come to markets because police calls the men Maoists. Dilip Jaiswal is visiting Kharagavan village in Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh and is talking to farmers who say rain is less than 1/4th of the normal and they are not able to work on the farms. It is raining everywhere else in the country but the situation is bad in Surguja area in North Chhattisgarh. Another farmer says I have taken so much loan to buy seed and fertiliser.
