Some say he will have to give bribe then only he will get rest of the money. He had borrowed to complete the house and now they harass him regularly and he does not know what to do. Arunendra Patel is meeting Santosh Patel in Sorahwa village in Hinauti panchayat of Gangeo block in Rewa district in MP. When he met him last he had recorded a message on CGnet Swara that he was running pillar to post to get a certificate for his daughter Arti from 3 years to get support under Ladli Laxmi Yojna of Govt and officers were asking for bribe.
