Babli Painkra is visiting Ghugrikala village in Shankagarh block of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh where villagers raj tells her that their primary school teacher does not come to school regularly thus children are suffering. पर आरक्षण का तेल मुक्त मिलेगा, हर काल और हर दौर में-
भुखमरी के हालात बदले या ना बदले-
