Today Raman Singh is helping us listen to reports and songs from Chhattisgarh in this latest edition of Bluetooth radio program in Chhattisgarhi and Pahadi Korwa languages. Villagers use their mobile phones to record these songs and reports. They call 08050068000 to record. Now this program can be downloaded by people from their Gram Panchayat office if it has Broadband or from a download centre nearby. They can also get it from someone with smartphone and internet and then via bluetooth.

As per tribal knowledge Arjun tree (Terminalia arjuna) is useful for Heart patients. Make powder of Arjun’s bark & wild onion in equal quantity. Taking half spoon of this powder daily with milk is useful. Taking Panchang (leaves, bark, flowers, seeds & root) juice of Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) after adding Arjun’s bark powder in equal quantity is also beneficial . In case of irregular heart beat taking glassful Tomato juice with 1 spoon Arjun’s bark powder regularly is useful for controlling irregular heart beat.
