On the night of 5th June village women like Ramkali Kujur and Budhkunwar from Jakadbandha village in Lormi block of Mungeli district in Chhattisgarh caught headmaster of local Primary school Mr Lahre while he was smuggling 5.5 quintal rice meant for children in mid-day meal to sell.
