Madan Singh Marawi, a Gondi speaking farmer from Jhiria village in Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh says in their area there is no irrigation facility so adivasi farmers are forced to migrate to big cities in search of work. There is a river in the area and if Govt makes a dam that will help all the adivasi farmers. Brijesh Singh from Rewa in Madhya Pradesh says I had recorded interview of some Adivasis from Jiwni village in Juda Gram Panchayat who had told that they are requesting for road from few generations now but no one has helped them. I am very glad to share today that officials have promised to start the road work after the model code of conduct is over after election results.
