Ramesh Kumar Sahu is calling from Gauripur panchayat in Premnagar block of Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh and says primary school building was not completed which is situated in Bhuttapara village so students were suffering. Then they recorded a message on Swara on Jan 7, 2016 and following the message authorities visited the school and now the construction work of school building has started.
