Ram Singh Uike is calling from Adsara village in Podi Uproda block of Korba district of Chhattisgarh. He says work on a middle school in the village started in 2008 but is still incomplete after more than 5 years. People tie their animals in the school building and children are forced to work in Panchayat bhavan. Complaints to Collector has also not helped.
