Take 1 teaspoon of this powder with milk or water twice daily. 1 teaspoon of Baheda powder (Terminalia Belerica) with honey twice a day is also useful. ½ gms Bachh (Sweet flag) powder with Honey or Misri with milk twice daily is also beneficial.

For Arthritis: Soak 250 gms dates in the water overnight. Eating this squeezed date in morning is useful.
