My name is Mohan Kashyap. I am calling from Jagdalpur. We have a Medical College hospital here where the situation is very grim. Most of the time there is no medicine in hospital so patients wander here and there. The place is so dirty that if a malaria patient comes to this hospital, they go back with a replace of malaria. Ramgopal Kashyap a social activist in Pithora area of Mahasamund district in Chhattisgarh was beaten up by local police inside the police station. Mr Kashyap was allowed to go home on intervention of some ATS police officers but when Mr Kashyap did a complaint to the higher authorities he was again dragged to the police station and was forced to sign on a paper saying police never beat him
