Upendra Kumar Kushwaha is calling from Kirketta village and panchayat in Untari Road block of Palamu district in Jharkhand and says some capable people have got Antyodaya cards but many poor and helpless villagers do not have cards till date. This was complained in CM helpline and to food supply officers many times but no action has been taken. He is appealing for investigation and action. Work on connecting road to our village started 8 years ago, still incomplete...
