She meets people from nearby Shayar village who has come to the market and tells her that they do not have drinking water facility in their village and are drinking dirty water from nullah. This is an area fighting against coal mining. They say company had put a pipe line but there is no water and they need to walk kilometers to fetch drinking water. Though they produce electricity for the nation they hardly get any electricity for themselves. Shatali requests us to raise their issues.

Shatali visiting with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Tour has reached Sarasmal village in Raigarh district of Chhattisgarh where women tell her that their main problem is water. They fetch drinking water from 5-6 kms there is no question of water for bathing.
