Many farmers lost their land, but the work is incomplete. Neither they have got compensation nor the canal is completed. Kuldeep Singh is calling from Sendur village and panchayat in Ramanujganj tehsil of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and says construction of a canal started in 2000 in their village to benefit 500 but is still incomplete.This was complained to officials but no one is paying attention.
