Santosh from Bokaro says the temperature now in the area is below zero but Santhal men and women are dancing for whole night on the rhythm of drums. He says many people do not have proper clothes to cover their bodies but there is something magical in their culture which gives them energy to celebrate these festivals in the sub zero temperature

A story about safety of girl child : Rahul aur Pooja ki Kahani

Jayanti Sarvadhikari, a girl child going to class 4 has sent a story of Rahul and Pooja. When Puja suspected a person following her while going to school, she told about it to her brother Rahul. But when Rahul told about the incident to their parents they did not take it seriously. But when next day Rahul accompanied Pooja he saw the same man again and called police who arrested the man. Pipeline carrying ore restarts, is there a deal with Maoists?

Yashwant Ramteke from Dantewada is saying that the work on Essar pipeline which takes away iron ore from Dantewada to Vishakhapatnam has again started. This pipeline goes through deep tribal areas which are under control of maoists. Earlier Maoists had destroyed the pipeline at many place and the work was closed for years. He says the restart of work has raised a question in people’s mind asking whether there has been a deal struck between Maoists and Essar. Police should investigate it, he says

Excuse of Naxal threat for not building rural roads can be false

Yashwant Ramteke from Dantewada in Chhattisgarh says he is noticing something strange with Pradhanmantri Gram Sadak Yojna in the district. He says the contractors complete the work of bridges and culvert but do not complete the work on roads giving Naxal threat as a reason. He says if Naxal threat was the reason then how are they able to complete work on the bridges and culverts?
