Mohan Yadav is visiting adivasi village Jhiri in Raselpur panchayat of Harda district of Madhya Pradesh. Many adivasis from nearby villages have assembled here and they tell him that it is 15 years since new district was made but till date they do not have any hostel for adivasi girls in district town.
