Mr Bharti his colleague says they have toured 1227 villages so far and in none of the villages they have found poor dalits and adivasis to have land deeds for their houses. The transformer has not been repaired after repeated requests. There are 500 Dalits and adivasis in the village and they say they have paid their electricity bills.
