about the issue of drinking water in Khunti block office.People come to block office for getting certificates and other works

Ramakant Sahu from village Galashree in Dindori district of MP says as per Govt scheme 311 toilets were to be made in their village. It has been a year since the money arrived but the toilets have not been made. I got this information through RTI. When enquired at the gram sabha, I was informed that till 28 January 2013, 15 toilets were made and that too were incomplete.Despite complaints no action has been taken.
