कौन रक्त दान कर सकता है और क्या सावधानियां रखनी चाहिये-
रक्त दान करने के लिये आवश्यक है कि रक्तदाता की आयु 18 से 58 के बीच हो, वजन 50 किलो या उससे ऊपर हो, रक्त दान करने के 90 दिन के बाद ही दोबारा रक्तदान किया जा सकता है|
रक्त की आवश्यकता क्यों पड़ती है-
रक्त की आवश्यकता किसी व्यक्ति को उस समय होती है, जब किस कारण से उसके शरीर में रक्त की कमी हो गयी हो, इसके अलग-अलग कारण हो सकते हैं, कभी बीमार होने पर, कभी दुर्घटना होने पर, बच्चे को जन्म देते समय, रक्त विकार होने पर आदि |
सावधानी-
रक्त दान करते समय रक्त दाता को खाली पेट नहीं होना चाहिये, रक्त दान करने से पहले किसी भी प्रकार की नशीली पदार्थ का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिये, रक्त दान से पहले पर्यात आहार और नीद ले लेनी चाहिये, रक्त दान के बाद 15 से 20 मिनट तक आराम करना चाहिये |
