He says applying lime juice is helpful for getting rid of Prickly heat or Miliaria. Mix powder of mango seed in water and apply, that will also help. Or take 5 gms of fennel or aniseed and make a powder. Mix it with it water and keep it overnight. Taking bath with this water in morning will help. You can also apply a paste of fennel powder and water.

If one is already affected by heat stroke then sponge the body with cold water and ice. Also keep sprinkling cold water on body and remain in cool place. Drinking cold water with lemon and sugar also helps.
