KM bhai from Kanpur in UP is visiting Tikra village in Kalyanpur block to meet widow of Sohagilal who died of hunger earlier this week. His wife tells that Govt has given her a Below Poverty Line ration card now. But when she went to the ration shop the shopkeeper asked her to come back next month.
