Ruplal Maravi has reached Mahuaripara under Dandkava village and panchayat in Pratappur of Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to Dharampal who tells him that elephant demolished two of their homes and ate food. They are living under the tree. Sarpanch gave him 10 kg rice but it is not enough. Forest dept and local administration hasn’t helped yet. They want compensation and help for remaking their houses. Ruplal Marawi is calling from Kadcholpara in Dhummadand village in Pratappur block of Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh and says some villagers had worked in land surfacing work under NREGA but were waiting for wages because their money was transferred in wrong accounts. Then they recorded a message on CGNet Swara on 17th Dec 2014 and after it they received the money in their account on 23rd January 2015. They are happy and thanking CGNet Swara.
