Chandeshwar Kushwaha from Deviganj village in Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh had reported that a pond in his village was built by machines under NREGA and people got no money. He had alleged a corruption of Rs 12 lakhs. CEO visited the village and threatened him. He got scared but reported again after few days.
