Naresh Bunkar is visiting Bhalindadar village on the top of hill at Chhattisgarh-Madhya Pradesh border in Kandavani panchayat of Pandaria block in Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh. Electricity came to this Baiga adivasi village 3 years back. It stopped working after a cyclone then people reported about it on CGnet and it was repaired but that worked only for 4 days and is not working for a year now. We have got land right deeds under Forest Rights act then our Secretary Bharat told us that if we give him Rs 600 each then he will also get us support for making houses says Baiga adivasis from Rokhmi village Khamhi panchayat in Pandaria block of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh. This was 2 years ago. He has neither got us the support nor has returned the money.
