Nathulal Gadialohar is a ward member in Tonk district of Rajasthan. But the special thing about Nathulal Ji is that he is the first elected political leader of Gadialohar community who roams around in bullock cart from one place to another. They do not have a fixed abode and that affects the education of children. He says the roads prepared under the scheme have been washed away. Putting fictitious names in Muster role and using sub standard material has become very common which can be proved by any physical check up by the district collector.
