Dhiran from Kota block of Bilaspur says forest department is using money from NREGA for road construction but are not following the NREGA norms and wages payment are delayed. An activist of Tarun Sangh in Kota block of Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh says NREGA payments are delayed upto six months in the district and when they go to officials they question why they are asking these questions.
