Savita Rath from Jan Chetna Manch Raigarh is telling us about a rally being planned in Raigarh on 15th July. There is paucity of labs, instruments and teachers and the student does not feel confident that after passing out he will be able to do any work. Dilip says this is the situation of a Govt college and Govt is allowing many private colleges where there is no control on quality.
