Rajesh Yadav is calling from Laltapur village in tehsil Chakia, Post Majgahin thana Naugarh in Chandauli district in UP and says they had 6 handpumps in their village but all were broken. They were appealing officers from long but nothing moved. Then they recorded a message on CGnet Swara and Block Development Officer visited the village thereafter and all the handpumps have now got repaired and they are able to drink clean water. Now this program can be downloaded by people from their Gram Panchayat office if it has Broadband or from a download centre nearby. They can also get it from someone with smartphone and internet via bluetooth.

Public Health and Engineering dept declared only hand pump in Yadavpara ( ward no 10) unfit for human consumption. But that is the only handpump for us more than 30 families so we continue to use it says Manoj Yadav from Taki village in Balrampur Chhattisgarh.
