But, he alleges the officials, many of whom are from outside the state do not want the act to be implemented and have bought adivasi lands themselves. Sunil Verma is visiting Vajirganj area in Gaya district in Bihar where people are celebrating death anniversary of Parvat Purush Dashrath Manji, who had made a road by cutting a hill single handedly after working for 22 years to make a road of 60 feet length, 34 feet wide and 24 feet height.
