Govind Pandro has reached Bonagiri village of Gaganparam Panhcayat, Kukunur Tehsil, West Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh where he met Madvi Ramesh who tells him in Gondi that they don’t have electricity in village though 20 Adivasi families have been living there for 20 years who came here from Sukma district of Chhattisgarh.
