सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम 2005 के तहत सरकारी कार्यालयों में जनहित से जुडी उपलब्ध सरकारी रिकॉर्ड, अभिलेख, सरकारी कार्यालयों द्वारा जारी किये गए मेमो, दिशानिर्देश, सुझाव सलाह, प्रेस विज्ञप्ति ,अनुबंध, नियमावली एवं इलेक्ट्रोनिक माध्यम में उपलब्ध जानकारियाँ सूचना के अधिकार के अंतर्गत प्राप्त की जा सकती है | भारत की नागरिकता रखने वाला कोई भी इस अधिनियम के तहत लिखित में सूचना प्राप्त कर सकता है |सूचना मांगने वाले व्यक्ति से सूचना मांगने के कारण पूछे जाने का कोई भी नियम नहीं है |सूचना मांगने के लिए अपना आवेदन सादे कागज पर लिखना है और सरकारी कार्यालय में लोक सूचना अधिकारी को जमा करना है ,सूचना मिलने का समय 30 दिन निर्धारित है | के एम भाई@8756011826

Shivdarshan Yadav is calling from Bairgarh village in tehsil Chhipia Navgarh block of Chandauli district in Uttar Pradesh and says in 2008 there was an advertisement for Shiksha Mitra ( para teachers) in village Mangrehi and 15-16 people had applied. One officer in Collector office Mr Krishna Yadav had taken Rs 30,000 as bribe from each candidate but no one got the job. Today Narmada are helping us listen to songs and reports from North Chhattisgarh in this latest edition of Bluetooth radio program in Chhattisgarhi language spoken in many districts of the state. Villagers use their mobile phones to record these songs and reports. They call 08050068000 to record. Now this program can be downloaded by people from their Gram Panchayat office if it has Broadband or from a download centre nearby. They can also get it from someone with smartphone and internet and then via bluetooth.

Nandlal Yadav is calling from Sevra village in Vishrampur block of Palamu district in Jharkhand to say thanks. He says in their village a hand pump was dug last year by Govt but they left the work half way. People contributed to complete the work but still officers did not show interest. Then they recorded a message on CGnet Swara and when listeners put pressure on officers the same officers have now completed the work.
