Umesh Tiwari from Pandaria block in Kabirdham district of Chhattisgarh says in 2008 under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan 4 school buildings were sanctioned in adivasi villages of Badnachhua, Teliapani, Chhuhutola and Bhelki.
