He says in the primary health center in their village there was only nurse posted who was often absent on pretext of various work and people were suffering. Wife of Rajkumar Markam from Devri village in Pratappur block of Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh gave birth to a child in Govt hospital some time back but he was running pillar to post to get the Govt support.
