Asfaq Ali,secretary of Chhattisgarh Muslim education society says though the state has a Scheduled Caste, Tribe and Minority welfare department but it is not doing anything for education of these people. He gives example that Urdu schools in the state have not got any teachers and they are also not getting any land for making school buildings.
