Fine grind 250 gms dried Neem (Azadirachta Indica) panchang (equal quantities of dried flowers, fruits, leaves, bark and roots) along with 50 gms Haldi (Turmeric) and 50 gms Bakuchi (Psoralea Coryifolia). Taking 1 tea spoon this powder twice a day after meals is useful. Apply mixture of 100 ml Coconut oil, 100 ml Neem oil, 100 ml Karanj oil (Beech tree) and 10 gms Camphor together to the affected body parts help.
