Court has rejected bail to social activists Ramesh Agrawal and Harihar Patel today and have sent them in judicial custody till 3rd June. Just before going to the court Rameshji had sent us this report. They have been charged with misbehaving with Jindal employees in a public hearing. But he says there was no Jindal employee in the hearing and instead they had raised the issue of misbehavior by Jindal employees towards SP Raigarh Dhruv Gupta ( 09479192300) from few days back. He says all of this can be seen in the video recording. Current SP Rahul Sharma (09425507181) says the recording proves the charges against the activists.

Later we came to know that though police did reach the house of other activist Rajesh Tripathi but he managed to give a slip to police but we are releasing the message from Ramesh Agrawal unedited where he says Rajesh Tripathi was also arrested. They are arrested on a case by Jindal from 8 May 2010 where these activists protested against irregularity in public hearing in Tamnar ( IPC 500 to 505). Rameshwar ji from a village in Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh says NREGA wages in his village are unpaid from last 4 months. More than 50 people have worked for more than 2 months and have not got any payment. He says the employment officer has not visited the village since last 4 month when the work started and no registration of the Job card number or the post office account number have taken place in the muster roll.
