Shivendra is visiting a Railway reservation counter in Rewa MP and finds that it has been overtaken by brokers and common citizens are suffering. There are no police people around. He speaks to a Railway officer who tells him that police is there every day but today they have gone on some emergency duty. Pradeep in Alirajpur district of MP says theirs is an Adivasi district and livelihood of adivasis is mostly dependent on selling forest produce like Mahua, Tadi, Mango, Sendhola, Gum, honey etc. But he says Govt is not fixing a rate for these and Adivasis often get cheated by businessmen. Shivendra is visiting Latar village in Jaitahari block of Anuppur district in Madhya Pradesh where he meets Rajendra Tiwari a villager who tells him that a pipe line was dug in 2008-09 to bring drinking water to their village but there is no sign of water after 5 years.
